Credits are used within the PaperAnimator app to download paper animations, PNG images of generated assets and Motion Lab videos without a watermark. They can be obtained through a monthly subscription or by purchasing “Pay as You Go Credits.”

“Pay as You Go Credits” are credits you can purchase on a one-time basis. They give you the flexibility to buy credits without committing to a subscription. These credits expire two years from the date of purchase.

Subscription credits do not expire as long as your subscription is active. However, if your subscription is canceled, any remaining credits will be available for use until the end of the billing period, after which they will be lost.

Subscribers receive a set number of credits at the start of each billing period, which can be used to download paper animations, PNG images and Motion Lab videos. A subscription also unlocks Full HD (1080p) exports, Pro templates & styles, transparent backgrounds for Motion Lab videos (ProRes 4444 MOV) and fast export servers.

Yes, unused subscription credits can roll over to the next billing cycle, but only up to a maximum of five times the amount of credits provided at the start of each cycle.

If your payment fails, you will enter a grace period where you can update your payment method or add funds to your account. If the payment is successfully processed within this period, your subscription will continue, and any unused credits will roll over as usual.
